Shipping & Return Policies
Lash Cottage orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number through email. Please allow 2 business days for the tracking information to update.
We currently only ship within Canada. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Delivery Time Estimates:
Standard: 2 – 8 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Delivery times vary depending on the location of your shipping address. Unforeseen circumstances that are outside of our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, and strikes may affect delivery times.
Pricing will be displayed at checkout. All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Local Calgary Shipping / Delivery:
For orders under $100, we are happy to ship or deliver your order to you if you are located within Calgary city limits
for a $5.00 flat fee. Please allow up to 3 business days to have your order packed and shipped to you.
Delivery for Customers Not Home: If you are unavailable to retrieve your order when we deliver it to your location, your order will be left unattended at your door. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you do not want your parcel to be left unattended, please select our other shipping options: Free Calgary Pick Up or Standard Canada Post Shipping.
Delivery to Apartment/Condo: If we are unable to leave your parcel at your apartment/condo, your parcel will be brought back to Lash Cottage where you may pick up your order.
Calgary Pick Up:
Pick up orders will be ready within 1 - 2 business days. Same day pick up may not available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about same day pick up.
We will call and email you once your order is ready and to schedule a time for pick up.
Please bring your ID and order number as proof of purchase.
Pick Up Times:
Monday – Friday (by appointment only)

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds and exchanges.

Damaged / Incorrect Items: If a product in your parcel arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date your order was delivered by Canada Post. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please return your unused and unopened items in its original packaging and include your order number and receipt to Lash Cottage’s return address. Once we have received your return and confirmed it is eligible for a refund, please allow 4 -14 business days for your original form of payment to be refunded to your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any additional fees for returns are at the customer's expense.
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the unused and unopened product back to Lash Cottage in its original packaging and include the order number and receipt. Once we receive the product, we will send the new requested product to the shipping address provided. Shipping costs and any additional fees for exchanges are at the customer's expense.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied if your order has already been packaged. A partial refund will then be issued to your original method of payment.
