Policies

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time for me to apply lashes
     

  • If you arrive late, your appointment time will not be extended. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service
     

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service will be charged as a cancellation fee. 
     

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
     

  • We accept cash and major credit card networks. Debit cards are accepted if your total transaction is less than $90.

  • No children, guests or pets are permitted to join you due to safety and insurance purposes.

  • No refunds are given for all services and products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product.
     

  • Free allergy patch tests are offered. However, a reaction could still occur even if the patch test results are fine. An adverse reaction can happen at any time and not necessarily after the initial full set of lashes.
     

  • If you wait more than 5 weeks to get a touch up, you will need to book for a full set of lash extensions instead, as lash extensions typically last for 3 - 5 weeks.
     

  • Touch ups are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks. If you choose to book an appointment past recommended time frames, we will not be able to guarantee full-looking lashes after a touch up. 
     

  • We do not offer touch ups for clients who are wearing lash extensions applied by another lash technician outside of Lash Cottage.
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any given time.
