Policies

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will result in less time for lash application.
     

  • If you arrive late, your appointment time will not be extended. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, the full cost of the service will still be charged.
     

  • Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. 
     

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your service cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
     

  • No children, guests, or pets are permitted to join you due to safety and insurance purposes.

  • No refunds are given for all services and products. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product.
     

  • Allergy patch tests are offered. However, a reaction could still occur even if the patch test results are fine. An adverse reaction can happen at any time and not necessarily after the initial full set of lashes.
     

  • If you wait more than 4 weeks to get a touch up, you will need to book for a full set of lash extensions instead.
     

  • Touch ups are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks. If you choose to book an appointment past recommended time frames, we will not be able to guarantee full-looking lashes after a touch up. 
     

  • We do not offer touch ups for clients who are wearing lash extensions applied by another lash technician outside of Lash Cottage.
     

  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age 
     

  • Mask use is required for the duration of the appointment. Please read our COVID-19 safety measures.  
     

  • Electronic transfers, major credit and debit card networks are accepted.
